The Ropero

The Ropero is my muse. There is a song from my childhood that tells the story of a boy asking his grandmother to unlock her wardrobe (ropero) so she can show him all the treasures that she keeps in it.

When I saw this wardrobe at an antique store, it sent me right back to my childhood song. This wardrobe also has a beveled glass door that reminds me of the first job I ever wanted: department store window dresser. I loved staring into store front windows, having my Breakfast at Tiffany’s moment.

Now I keep my treasures and creations inside my very own Ropero. Welcome!
